Shawn is an experienced organisational and learning and development professional who specialises in individual and team development through coaching, training and consulting including HR recruitment. He works closely with clients to provide awareness and insight to ignite change; leading to greater satisfaction and success, both personally and in their careers.
Shawn provides career management and transition services in the form of coaching and he also runs workshops around various topics.
Shawn is often described as easy going, passionate and warm-hearted – someone who genuinely cares and wants to help people reach their full potential.
